I'm not in the habit of 'resurrecting' old board topics, but could someone please explain to me exactly what an iDelay command is? Or how/why it's invoked?

In the past iDelay was used to delay an agent's check-in time for load-balancing. I have not seen the command run in the past couple of versions however and it may no longer be in use for version 51.159 (2012.1).
