Hi, I'm running into an issue with permission levels.
We have multiple clients (e.g. Client A, Client B, and Client C), who each have some on-site technicians.
Client A has two technicians that need permissions to have access to do everything related to them (view agents, adjust settings, send commands, move computers into groups, move computers to alternate locations, push Labtech agents to new computers).
The two technicians at Client A should not be able to see Client B or C or view/modify any user accounts.
Client B and C each have technicians as well which need to have the same abilities as Client A, with the exception of being locked down to only their own clients.
So, I created a new User Class for Client A and configured it as best I could without letting them see the other clients. The issue I am running into is that the technicians cannot send any commands to PCs in their client group using Labtech. To get them to be able to send commands, the only thing that I have found that works is to enable the Security Class config (or higher), which unfortunately gives them access to Client B and Client C (which is not acceptable....).
I need to resolve this. Help me out here... The Command Level Limit is set to Highest. I tried Lowest and it didn't make a difference. I also tried adding and configuring the User Class for Client A to the Service Plan in use to allow sending of commands but it did not make any difference.
