Thanks for your help on this! It makes much more sense after you explained it, appreciate it.

I've edited the script down and from what I can see, it should be working, but it's still giving me trouble.

The script completes successfully, even posts the script note that I stuck down after SQL insert command but the monitor never shows up on the agent.

I don't see it in the agents table either.

Any ideas what could be going on? I've attached the script if you want to take a look.
