Scripts | Restart agent from a script

So reading this:

It says to monitor logs (say Windows Server Backup) you have to add a registry key, restart the agent, then resend logs.

So... How do I restart the agent from a script? Looking through the function list nothing is popping out at me other than "LTAgent Upgrade" which I assume after the upgrade process will restart he service (but I'm not sure) though it seems a bit excessive since I just want to restart the service.
